AGENDA

1. To receive apologies for non-attendance
2. To receive any declarations of interest on items included on this Agenda.
3. To receive and approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held on 23^rd September 2019 (copy enclosed)
4.  To note updates to the Action List (attached)
5. To note that Sedgemoor DC have agreed to a request by the Burnham Chamber of Trade, & supported by the Town Council, for a permanent arrangement to permit free parking on the three weekends on the run-up to Christmas as well as free parking after 4 p.m. on the night of the Christmas light switch on event. 
6. To receive an update on the performance/use of the dog waste bag dispensers.
7.  To consider a request for an installation of a litter bin at Frank Foley Way at a cost of £250
8. To receive an update on the consultation results from residents trialling gull-proof rubbish bags
9. To agree the committee’s 2020/21 budget for recommendation to the Finance & Resources Committee
10. The next meeting of this committee will be held on Monday 20^th January 2020 at 7pm The Old Courthouse.
