Burnham-on-Sea & Highbridge Town Council is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the 2026/27 Community Grants Programme. Funding is available to support a wide range of local initiatives, to help the groups and organisations that make our community stronger.
What the grants can support
Funding may be awarded for:
- Capital projects, such as purchasing equipment or improving buildings
- General running costs (excluding staff costs and rents)
- Community events and activities
The Council is committed to support projects that make a positive difference to residents and are delighted to continue offering this opportunity.

- Deadline for submissions: 4pm on Friday 22nd May 2026
Applications received after this time will not be considered. - Applications will be reviewed by the Finance & Governance Committee on 8th June 2026
How to apply

Application forms are available online via Grants – Burnham-on-Sea & Highbridge Town Council or can be collected from Council’s Reception during opening hours.
Completed applications should be emailed to accounts@burnham-highbridge-tc.gov.uk with the required documents stated on the application form.
