Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge Town Council would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who took part in the Community Litter Pick on Friday 25th September, which helped to make Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge a cleaner, safer and more welcoming place for residents and visitors alike.
Volunteers came together to take part in the litter pick, demonstrating the strong community spirit that exists across both towns. Working in teams, participants collected significant amounts of litter helping to improve the local environment. Following the litter pick, volunteers were invited to enjoy refreshments, providing a well-earned opportunity to relax, connect with fellow participants and reflect on the success of the clean-up effort.
