Sedgemoor District Council has to review its Gambling Policy every three years. The Policy document sets out our approach to the Council’s licensing functions in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005.
Comments are invited on the draft revised Gambling Policy, which will cover the period February 1st 2022 until January 31st 2025, from all interested parties including residents and those running businesses in the District.
The consultation will close on October 1st, 2021 and responses will be considered at the Licensing and General Purposes Committee and then debated at Full Council in December.
