The site has resources to help anyone looking to realise the next step of their career ambitions, as well as support for people looking for work, worried about money, or facing redundancy.

Anyone who is facing redundancy and feels unsure about what to do next is being encouraged to visit Step Up Somerset where there is lots of free advice and guidance available.

There is advice about employees’ rights when facing redundancy, signposting to short-term support such as claiming benefits, and information and links to popular job search sites, as well as tips for completing applications, CV writing and job interviews.

The site has a Wellbeing section with access to mental health resources to help anyone who is struggling to find employment or their next step in education and training.
