Beach-goers to Berrow are reminded that work will be starting next Monday, 15th November, when Sedgemoor District Council will be constructing a car parking area just off Coast Road at Berrow.

The vehicle and pedestrian access opposite Unity Farm will be closed for those two weeks to allow heavy plant and machinery to work uninterrupted to create the 30 permanent parking spaces.

Once installed, these car parking spaces will be free until Easter 2022.

The beach itself will not be closed and can be accessed via several other points, including the car park at the nature reserve.
