Each year the Burnham-on-Sea & District in Bloom committee organise a local floral competition that enhances our area with fabulous floral displays from both private gardens and commercial displays lasting throughout the summer season. It does not matter if your garden or business is large or small, as long as your entry is visible from the road then you can enter.
The categories this year are:

Entry forms can be found at the Burnham Information Bureau on the South Esplanade, at Burnham Post Office or from Burnham Road Stores.
Completed forms must be submitted by 30th June and can be handed in at any of the above venues ,or can be posted to either:

Judging will take place during July, with trophies and certificates to be presented later in the year.
Dave Perrett is also looking for people willing to volunteer their time to help him with sifting and cleaning flower beds up after the winter bedding plants have been removed,to get them ready for summer displays. If you are interested in helping please contact Dave on 01278 788292 .
