Burnham-on-Sea & Highbridge Town Council is an ambitious council and we want everyone in both Burnham & Highbridge to be proud of their town.

Do you enjoy helping people with all sorts of information? Do you have excellent administrative skills and take pride in small things?

We are looking for a friendly personality to welcome visitors to the Town Council offices alongside handling telephone, post and email enquiries on a broad range of issues about life in Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge. You will have excellent customer service skills to enable you to look after the front desk at the Council office during the opening times 9am – 3pm Monday – Friday.

Are you a friendly, efficient and experienced Customer Services Administrator?

Do you have good attention to detail with strong IT skills?

If so, we want to hear from you!

Subject to Coronavirus restrictions, you will be based at the town council offices and be part of a driven team of council staff. We offer flexible working opportunities with time off in lieu, a local government pension scheme and a generous annual leave entitlement.
