The meeting noted that there would be two applications to be decided under delegated authority as the date for comments fell very short of the next meeting date; 11/20/0136 – 11a Brightstowe Road and 11/20/0151 – 33 Victoria St.
The Clerk was asked to circulate to the committee copies of the planning observation forms sent to Sedgemoor for these applications and that if further considerations were made these should be forwarded to the Clerk by Friday 5th February.
