  5. Motions for note/resolution
5.1To receive a proposal from Cllr P Harvey to consider the operational hours and financial position of public toilets at Crosses Penn and agree how to proceed.
5.2To agree to extend the deadline for this year’s grants to be spent
5.3To agree to move the remaining balance of the 2020-21 grant budget into a COVID grant pot to be allocated using rapid grants during 2021-2022

7. The next meeting of this committee will be held on Monday 26th April 2021.         

The Mayor Councillor Mike Facey said “It was with sadness that Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge Town Council learnt of the death of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.”

The flags in the towns of Burnham and Highbridge will be flown at half-mast during this time of national mourning.
