  1. To receive apologies for non-attendance
  2. To receive any declarations of interest on items included on this Agenda.
  3. To receive and approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held on Wednesday 13th November 2019 (copy enclosed)
  4. To receive an update on the Management and Maintenance of the Cemeteries (copy attached)
  5. To consider the request for an easement over Town Council land at Brent Road (report attached)
  6. To discuss whether to create a Town Council Tree Policy and explore entering cemeteries into Britain in Bloom
  7. To note the Management Reports for 31st March 2020 and 30th April 2020
  8. To note the next meeting of this committee will be on 23rd September 2020 at 7pm

The Mayor Councillor Mike Facey said “It was with sadness that Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge Town Council learnt of the death of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.”

The flags in the towns of Burnham and Highbridge will be flown at half-mast during this time of national mourning.
