8. Motions for note/resolution

8.1To note the review and renewal of the Town Council insurance policy
8.2To receive and approve the updated Asset register
8.3To receive a proposal from Cllr Hodge that seeks to agree the council’s position on social distancing and other public health safety measures in the high street.
8.4To note the current position with regards the annual parish meeting.
8.5To receive a recommendation from the town improvements seafront sub-committee that the council permits that a request is made to the CIM Board to reallocate the c.£36k shelter funds to other Burnham Evolution projects with a funding shortfall (report – art, ornamental lighting)
8.6To consider moving to a paperless meetings management system, with  the provision of IT devices to councillors using available staffing budget (as reviewed by the Human Resources Sub-Committee)
8.7To receive the interim internal audit report
