AGENDA

  1. To receive apologies for non-attendance
  2. To receive any declarations of interest in items included on this Agenda and to note a dispensations given.
  3. To resolve the Town Council’s position in response to any further Somerset County Council Traffic Order extending the pedestrianisation and one-way road systems in Burnham town centre beyond the current emergency Traffic Order (expires on 8th July 2020).
  4. The next ordinary meeting of this committee will be held on Monday 13th July 2020 at 7pm.

The Mayor Councillor Mike Facey said “It was with sadness that Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge Town Council learnt of the death of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.”

The flags in the towns of Burnham and Highbridge will be flown at half-mast during this time of national mourning.
