Members NOTED two applications had been decided under delegated authority:

11-19-010 – object on the grounds that the physical appearance of the ice-cream kiosk is out of character with the existing main building and would therefore as a permanent structure be a detriment to the visual amenity being within the conservation area.

The kiosk is forward of the main building line and therefore if made permanent would be detrimental to the street scene and also set a precedent.
