Proposal: Erection of single storey extensions to side (west) and rear (north) elevations (partly on site of existing conservatory to be demolished). Erection of single storey detached garage/workshop/store.

There was concern over possible noise from the workshop. The single storey elevation appeared quite high. The application had stated it was to store vintage cars and usually these are in need of restoration there were no grounds on which to object to this application.

Councillors considered a response to an e-mail that had been circulated regarding speeding in Brambles Road.

Action            Members asked the Clerk to suggest that the resident contacts her local PCSO and also to look at forming a resident’s speed watch scheme with the help of SCC Highways.
